Grand Targhee Resort

Lodging in Jackson, WY isn’t cheap. Luckily, you can still experience all of the beauty and diversity of the Tetons on your mountain bike vacation without breaking the bank. Grand Targhee Resort lodging offers Slopeside lodging, as well as Townhomes, Condos and Vacation homes just down the mountain in Driggs, ID. We stayed at a great 3 bedroom townhouse, with garage in Driggs for $135/night. That is about half of what you will pay on the WY side of Teton Pass. The penalty is a 30-40 minute drive from Driggs into Jackson. Given the beauty of Teton Pass, it was an easy penalty to pay.

Cafe Genevieve is a restaurant located ½ a block from the Town Square in Jackson Hole. Serving “Inspired Home Cooked Classics” in a historic log cabin. Cafe Genevieve serves seasonal and local dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seasonal cocktails, local beer selection and an eclectic and affordable wine list round out the experience. Persephone Bakery

This place! Inspired by bakeries in France and beyond, Persephone Bakery Boulangerie and Cafe remains rooted in Wyoming, a local orientation expressed in our breakfast and lunch menus’ focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The cafe carries a core collection of classic artisanal breads as well as a spectrum of sweets, from French croissants and kouing aman to cupcakes and tarts. To complement our creations, Persephone proudly carries Chicago-based artisanal roaster Intelligentsia Coffee. Housemade flavor syrups and European hot chocolate round out the barista bounty.

Located steps from Jackson’s town square, Persephone reflects the blended culture of Jackson Hole. Designed by Jackson architectural firm E/YE Design, it feels simultaneously stylish and friendly: chic and airy, elegant yet relaxed. Meanwhile, sun bathes the outdoor deck. This special setting can be the site of your next fete: By day, we offer catered breakfasts or lunches, and by night, outside chefs can use the café to prep for your celebration.

Bin22 in Jackson Hole reflects the sophisticated energy of New York City and the rustic elegance of the Italian countryside, all in a quaint space in the heart of Jackson. There’s something about a great burger after a long ride, especially if that burger is paired with your favorite beer or drink. The line streaming out the door was enough evidence for us that Liberty Burger in Jackson, WY is a high quality place to refuel and enjoy not only a burger, but an “Adult Shake” or drink of your choice. The Handle Bar

Located in the Four Seasons in Teton Village, The Handle Bar offers up Jackson Hole’s most well curated selections of beer, whiskey and specialty cocktails perfect for après mtb sipping or late night revelry. The bar menu features American and international beer options by the can, bottle, pint stein or boot; beloved whiskeys from Scotland, Japan, the US and beyond; a concentrated list of wines by the glass or bottle; and the famed stout float. A seasonal, handcrafted cocktail program rounds out the list, offering playful and inventive plays on classic drinks. JH Sports at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Located in Teton Village at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, JH Sports offers a full-service bike rental shop where you can rent anything from a full-suspension mountain bike to pathway-friendly cruiser or road bike. Rent online and save $10 off of the in store price.

Teton Canyon, Driggs, Idaho

Located in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest, the Teton Canyon Campground is located east of Driggs, ID. It has 20 single units and 2 double units. All campsites are equipped with tables and fire ring/grills. Most of the campsites will accommodate vehicles up to twenty feet in length, there is one site designed to accommodate vehicles up to ninety-nine feet in length. There are two, two-unit vault toilets located within the campground. There are ten water hydrants located throughout the campground. Potable water is supplied via a well; the pump house is located within the campground. These sites are universally accessible with packed gravel surfacing. There are great hiking opportunities and the fishing is good.

Camping is $12 per night for a single vehicle.

Directions:
From Driggs, Idaho, travel 9 miles east. Turn east at the Key Bank on Little Avenue and follow the road to the forest boundary. Turn right on Forest Road 009 and continue 4 miles to the campground.

Budge's Slide Lake Cabins

Budges’ Slide Lake Cabins are located on the shore of historic Slide Lake in the Jackson Hole Valley. Enjoy cabins in spring, summer, or fall—each season has its own special beauty. Wildlife are plentiful and often seen… elk, deer, moose, antelope, sheep, fox, weasel, coyote, to name a few. Fishing is great in the lakes, rivers and creeks. There are miles of hiking trails—from easy to expert.
